Because our chutneys and sauces are made with natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, and taste may occur between batches. This is a hallmark of artisanal, homemade products and does not constitute a defect.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer as payment methods. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery city. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances.
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund.
