Shipping rates depend on the courier charges and applicable taxes. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout or communicated to you before final order confirmation, based on the volumetric weight and destination.
Estimated delivery times generally range between 3 to 7 business days across Pakistan, depending on your location and the courier service. Please note that occasional delays can occur due to high volume, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues with the courier.

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food products (such as masalas, chutneys, and sharbats), we can only accept returns for items where the safety seal is completely intact.
Exceptions: If you received a damaged product, a spoiled item, or the wrong order, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund regardless of the seal status.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via bank transfer, mobile wallet (e.g., EasyPaisa/JazzCash), or issue store credit, according to your preference. Standard processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if we arrange the return pickup.
